We have had State Farm Auto and Homeowner’s Insurance for 30+ years. Ty Elliot’s office has been by far the easiest and best to work with! Ty Elliot’s State Farm office has handled our insurance needs for 7 years. They have regularly provided us with thoughtful, professional responses to our service requests. Recently, Leslie Hargrove (an Insurance Account Representative) suggested clever ways to deal with the uncertain financial gymnastics related to dealing with renting a vehicle while vacationing in Tampa. She suggested that I upgrade the policy on our 2004 vehicle to comprehensive for a month to satisfy some of the rental-car company’s requirements. I agreed. Within an hour, Leslie had emailed me the necessary paperwork that I would need to present when renting that car in Florida. I’m impressed with her compassionate, speedy performance!
