Teresa and Kim are the best Ive been with them since I moved here 4 years ago!

I was a customer with Steve Pitts before he retired and my account was transferred to Jeff Kincaid. Until the storm that came through August 6th, I have always had great service from Nationwide as well as each and every person in Jeff Kincaid’s office. This time it seems I am having nothing but issues from the adjuster and the office. It seems that being a customer for 36 years means nothing to anyone and nobody has time to call you back to answer a question or explain anything to you. That is a real shame to me! I work in a very busy office myself, but I take pride in taking care of my customers. I called 3 weeks ago to talk to someone and have yet to get a return call! I will be switching insurance companies once my claim has been settled. Lisa Walden

We have business policies with Jeff Kincaids agency, Matt and Kristen have went above and beyond for us. Kristen has worked with me for the last 3 weeks explaining the policies, she is very knowledgeable and she has been extremely helpful.
