One of the worst experiences. No one here is on the same page , and almost everyone is unpleasant and argumentative. When you call you are cut off mid sentence to be asked who you spoke to last time ? And then directed to only speak to them ? Doesn’t matter as they can’t discuss policies in detail anyway . The agents who do , seem to work from home and are always away from the phone or on a vacation . I waited 2 weeks for a quote in a renewal and when I finally got in contact with My agent he had no quotes ready ( despite being told he did ) and suggest that I went with whoever else gave me a quote , as he did nothing . They are slow and the agents there don’t work they just waste time . I was given some of the worst rates ever .
