Every year Turner & Associates reminds me of the upcoming renewals I have for my business and gets me the paperwork ahead of time so we can get the quotes back and hit our renewal dates. The staff is always responsive, helpful and willing to talk me through any questions I have. We have all our insurance with Katie and it gives us piece of mind knowing AmFam has our back if we ever need them.

Katie was very kind and quick to help me find a solution to my problem even though I'm personally not a customer. She was the only one in the office and the phones were going crazy! I had the most odd request but ahe handled it very quickly and understood what I needed and didnt hesitate to figure it out. She was so kind and I appreciated her effort and friendliness!
