The wait time was less than 10 minutes. I was helped by Ms. Pollock, who was friendly, professional, and very easy to understand. There was free coffee (always a plus!) and a nice waiting area with newspapers and a television. Ms. Pollock was able to show me an estimate of automotive insurance coverage in a few short minutes and sign me up for coverage quickly. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. I am very pleased to be doing business with TruInsure. Their rate was also the lowest out of 6 other insurance agencies in Bemidji.
Some of the highest customer service I have ever encountered! They are constantly trying to save me money while providing me with incredible protection. I dont know if I have ever encountered such kindness in a business setting. I will NEVER shop anywhere else for insurance.
