I just to have my file on Jersey city office which is great. But once I transferred my file to Elizabeth it was the poor service I 've had experienced . In need of solve a problem with usdot . Called in the morning. The guy was busy. He said he will return the call to me..never hear from him..have to get other agent..

I went there thinking that they’re a straight legit upfront company but they honestly lack the the professionalism and customer courtesy they never answer the phone they lie and take their time doing your paperwork even after you paid them your money in full. I been waiting for 3 weeks and counting and losing money everyday as the time pass to get my title and registration back and ifta had I known beforehand I would’ve done all this myself with dmv but thinking they would handle things in better manner and I wouldn’t have to worry about appointments and 6 point this and that I’d let them do it but nope I was told 2 weeks and to this day they have no idea when my paperwork for my truck will be telling me they have to wait for the title then do the registration when I could’ve done it all i
