We have been Truax Insurance customers for many years. But we won't be now. Recently we were told to let a policy lapse because we didn't need it anymore. However we continued to receive bills. After repeated phone calls, the ladies said they would take care of it. Nothing was done. Received another notice that the policy was canceled and a bill. After another phone call they claimed we hadn't called until after the policy lapsed. Apparently all of this is our fault. We will pay the bill and NEVER use Truax again.

All the Ladies in the office were really helpful and very positive 🌈. I Bought a car recently from a dealer and Angel helped me find the right company for the right $ to insure my car. I would definitely recommend them. Why go anywhere else.
