Troy Parker American Family Insurance

My parents have used Troy for years, and my wife and I have had him doing our insurance since 2014. He's a great guy and I've never had any insurance problems with him. Rates are straight forward, and he's been awesome about answering my questions whenever I have concerns. When I needed renter's insurance, he got it squared away no problem. When my wife and I wanted to get life insurance, it was painless and inexpensive. Great guy, great agent, great rates.

Troy Parker is either fundamentally dishonest or completely incompetent. Bate and switch initial pricing, complete lack of customer service, and the worst claim coverage I have ever experienced. I had insurance with Troy for 3 years. Each year the coverage kept costing me more and more even though my cars were worth less and less. I had a claim in the 3 yr on my homeowners and it literally took me dozens of hours on the phone and on hold before they could figure out how to pay my claim. I never saw an insurance adjuster... they expected me to do all the leg work and adjusting myself. Beware of dealing with American Family and Troy is my only advice.

We broke down. Troy actually drove to us, ona chase around town to see if he could find the tool and part for my truck! Way above and beyond. I can't tell you how grateful I am. My husband lost his job in April and started a new one just this last Monday. So we are strapped for money right now. So impressed with them.

Just switched over to Troy and he has been so kind and helpful. Gayle is awesome too! Thanks for helping us get our new home policy started!

These people are the most friendly and professional in the business. Sit down and talk to Troy he's just a great person.
