Lori was very professional and was able to provide us with much better insurance than we had previously. We even had a great policy in place in one area and she told us she couldn't match the rate and to keep it as it was great coverage, which let us know that she really cared and wasn't just trying to sell us something. It's great that Tristar isn't tied to one carrier and are able to reach out to multiple companies and get you the best coverage and best rates. Highly recommend!
