Trish Le: Allstate Insurance

I reach out Allstate via online trying to get a quote. I finally called the Burlingame office. They gave me immediate clarity on coverages and fees. They correctly entered all our data and gave me a quote quickly. Answering all my questions. I am hoping this customer service continues. We have signed onto Allstate for a bundle and I hope they continue with client care as I have not been disappointed yet.

Extremely Disappointed – Unauthorized Charges and Lack of Communication I am very disappointed with my experience working with Trish Le at Allstate. I initially allowed my mother to use my credit card to open an account with her, with the understanding it would be a one-time, authorized transaction. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In March, I noticed an unauthorized charge and was present when my mother contacted Trish directly to ensure my card would no longer be used. Despite this, I was charged again in April. I followed up through Allstate’s online portal and chat support, also requesting that my account be closed and asking for clarification. I was told by support that they couldn’t see the charges and advised me to contact my bank. I sent multiple follow-up emails to Trish,

This rating is hard because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I know that home insurance can be tricky these days and during Covid times staffing has been difficult. I experienced poor response time and lack of thoroughness finding home insurance that almost halted our escrow process. I had to last minute switch agencies and managed to get a home policy in 2 hours when I was still waiting for Trish Le's office and it had been 2 weeks. I have been with this agency for 10 years but there has been a major shift since it has left the Nott family in 2020. After working with a different insurance agency I discovered that there are agencies with quicker response time and better customer service so I have officially move away from this agency.

Worst experience I've ever had from any business let alone Insurance Company. Donna Bracamontes is rude and very unprofessional, Trish le doesn't care about her customers that she insures & she doesn't call back for weeks at a time ,They are liars & they do Not make me feel as if I am in good hands or even taken care off. I would recommend ANYBODY ELSE but Allstate /Trishle agency.What a Complete waste of Time,Energy,and Money
