I signed up with agent Anthony Neely, and after a year or so I was informed he switched my policy to his wife's agency(still have no idea why) all was fine until out of nowhere my premium was increased by over $200. I called the office for some information, after close to 40 minutes of explaining the situation to her extremely hard to understand staff still nobody could tell me the reason for the price hike(no tickets or wrecks). I called another allstate to switch and got everything situated during a lunchbreak.
