I have been with Tribbett Rich Insurance Group for 2 years. It was the best decision I have ever made about insurance, I only wish I had done it sooner. I like that they are an independent group. This means they can look at several different insurance companies to find the best plan and best price for me. Right before my policy renewal they double check to make sure I’m still getting the best price and plan. If there are differences in the plans they take the time to explain them to me making sure I fully understand my options. Last year I had a deer hit my car and did quite a bit of damage to my car. Travis Rich is a great guy. I know him and Christine Worthley personally. They are top notch and do a good job of getting you the best coverage and rate possible. Most of the negative reviews are from a person in a local community who likes to pick fights with everyone. Seriously, Tribbett Rich is a great company. You won't be disappointed.

I liked that I was able to do all business electronically, I've never even been to the office or met them. But they covered my house for several years and I decided to shop and was able to get coverage for almost $400 less per year. Then when I cancelled my coverage 3 months early they didn't actually cancel it which I felt was rude. Not that I would have gotten much of anything back but thankfully I had already set up my new policy so when they billed my mortgage it had already been paid. They didn't cover my cars because I was able to get coverage almost $500 less per year elsewhere. Just make sure you shop around.

I have been with this company for 7+ years up until the last 2 days. I received a bill that was $125 more than I was used to paying.I did get VEHICLE 7 YEARS NEWER THAN THE ONE I HAD, BUT IT SHOULDN'T HAVE JUMPED THAT MUCH. I called & spoke to Kristen to tell her I wanted to cancel my policy. She never asked why or attempted to keep my business. I asked her the final amount I would have to pay, she claimed she couldn't give it to me until I canceled my policy. I canceled my policy & she then claimed she still couldn't give it to me. She then stated she would email me documents to show the final amount that was 2 days ago & I have yet to receive anything. I have called 4-5 times just to be sent "all around the mulberry bush " & still not have any assistance. Their customer service has bee
