Triangle has met my families insurance needs for many years. We are also so pleased with their timely and professional service. They shop insurance providers to get us the best deal and always put a policy in place very quickly when we make a new purchase or change.

We have been with Triangle Insurance for a little over two years and we absolutely love working with them! Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. Anytime I call I get a response back quickly. Hope is very knowledgeable in business insurance and always willing to answer my questions and assist where she can. I highly recommend Triangle insurance.

Be advised: be ready to service your own policy. I’d been with Traveler’s insurance through Triangle of Troutman, NC for over 22 years until this April. My policy included a commercial policy, a homeowners policy & and a vacation property that i own. I’d never had a claim in over 20 years. My mortgage was sold a year and a half ago to another servicer, & last year i had to call Triangle to give them the information on where to send the declaration page for the policy renewal because the service never received anything from them. I assumed they updated the mortgage lender information & never gave it a second thought after i informed them of the change. This year, my mortgage company again contacted me to let me know they’d not received anything from my insurance company after reaching out

My husband and I have been doing business with Eric and his team for almost 38 years. We have had superb experiences over the years with all of our needs, from homeowners to auto insurance for us and our son. I would highly recommend their agency for any insurance needs.

Meredith was awesome, great response and very pleasant. Eric the agent, not so much. I called for a quote, received a call back with further questions, tried to call back (after hours, no voicemail), next day Eric left early without a response. Two days later no response. Fortunately I was able to find insurance elsewhere. While I really wanted to keep my money local, these folks just don't seem to care about their customers experience. It's really a shame.
