Unfortunately, when my truck was totaled when someone ran a red light, they made the claim process incredibly easy from the rental car process through the payout. They have been incredibly helpful, in particular Josh, with every step of the process. The human touch is so important. I’m able to consistently communicate with the same representative, who knows my situation. They are punctual with answers to any of my questions and are reliable with follow-up and follow-through. When you can find this level of customer service, it makes a world of difference.
