Trent Insurance Associates

I am compelled to express my disappointment with the service provided by Erie Insurance, specifically the Trent Insurance Associates agency, which has been our insurance provider for nearly two years. The customer service has been consistently inadequate, with an agent who exhibits arrogance and unresponsiveness, necessitating frequent follow-up efforts. Additionally, our experience with an open claim last year was marred by frustration, involving challenges with both the agent and Erie Insurance. In light of this experience, I would advise against using this agency or Erie Insurance. This, along with other reasons, prompted us to switch to another company and agent.
