I called to get a quote,so they transferred me to another person and that person never picked up and the line said "no one is available to pick up your call. " No one is going to respond positive to that
Service was great but I didn't receive a renewal notice and was charged a 5 dollar penalty when I as stated didn't get the renewal notice.
The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. They are also very disorganized. Two separate agents called me within minutes of each other and gave me conflicting information and were unwilling to provide me with any useful assistance.
My daughter Shannon works there and I know she is a great agent.
Easy to get the right coverage. Rosa knows how to get it done. Others in the office can answer my questions.
