Everyone has been wonderful at Allstate, helping us navigate the destruction of our house during Hurricane Helene. LaShanda Jackson has been incredibly kind and compassionate - and helpful! LaShanda quickly coordinated for a tree company to remove the fallen trees off the house, and she has checked in with me regularly to ask if I need anything. My adjuster Wendy Ferguson has been amazing! She was also incredibly kind and compassionate during the damage inspection - she asked to hug me as soon as we met at the house. She was very thorough during the inspection, and has been in constant communications with me since to help me through the claims process. I truly can not say enough good things about my experience with Allstate during this tragedy

In Feb 2023 I asked to cancel my commercial policy with his office or change to my new home address after closing my retail space. 10 most later I asked for an address update bc I hadn't received notices but they continued to bill autopay. The not only change address but after telling me multiple times in 10 months they can't insure my house for business they processed a policy change to my address and fixed mailing address. So I wasn't insured 10 mos but miraculously now I can be covered in Nov. Months before I called multiple times to get canceled thought ot was canceled. Nope Fast forward to August 2024. After many calls many emails and providing proof of end of lease this office still did nothing. Not once completing process with commercial side therefor I continued to be billed month

Easy claim service and process was consumer friendly.

I have had a great experience with Alstate. The people that work there are great. And most of all I love what I pay. I know I have the coverage I need on my SUV to be legally protected. .

Maranda answered the phone and hopped into action when we found ourselves in a mini crisis. She educated us in the kindest way to ensure we wouldn't make the same mistake in the future.
