Travelers

Do not use Travelers. They were charging me $370.00 a month for a f150. They said it cost so much because I'm in Missouri. I called 3 other name brand insurance companies and the all quoted me about the same. I made sure all info was the same for all 4 companies. I now pay $125.00 a month with Progressive.

Could not locate and hours were not as posted. Google map said 8-6pm but at 5pm I couldn't reach anyone to guide me further. Image was not helpful and there is no signage. The directions placed me under a walkway. I found them 30mins later and I posted images that show the actual building they are in in relation to other buildings and roads nearby.

Ooof... I haven’t heard a thing since I spoke with my agent a couple of weeks ago. When we first spoke, my agent told me that he was extremely busy so he wouldn’t be responding to texts and he would only do phone calls. Come to find out, he doesn't do either. I filed a claim that was initially denied due to rot on my house. I was naturally upset so I petitioned for a re-submission of the claim. Since then I haven’t heard a thing. The communication has been terrible. The service has been poor as my agent made me do field pictures and measurements on my house. And frankly, I feel that the goodwill agreement that I had with travelers insurance has been violated. I will be moving my insurance needs to anyone else willing to provide SOME degree of value. Warning to Travelers customers!! Did you know, you are not allowed to sell your home?? I have been a Travelers customer with multiple policies for close to thirty years. I have insured at least three of my homes if not four through out those thirty years with Travelers. Never once was I made aware that selling your home makes you ineligible for being insured by Travelers. Did you know that? You could pay insurance for your homeowners policy for many many years and then if they find out you are putting your house on the market they will cancel you. I have sold two or three homes while being insured by travelers and I never knew this. I actually moved from Connecticut to Missouri, put my house in Connecticut up for sale while I was living in Missouri. The house in Connecticut was unoccup

Was a victim in a multi vehicle accident, unfortunately the kid who cause this had this excuse for a insurance, they rather not be reasonable and rather have lawyers involved. I unfortunately had to have my rear bumper replaced and they rather go through all the wait and loop holes for the CHEAPEST repairs, even when there is a part available but it costs more then they like. And even when evidence is placed that rather deny where they can, my wind screen had a chip actuated (never seen chip even before crash) and have a big crack in my windshield which my body shop replaced but they're denying coverage for them being cheap. The kicker is they agent had told me if you'd like to refute this have your lawyer get involved, in which they are.. what happened to professional kind people who help
