Absolutely horrible company. Had car insurance and homeowners policy with them, and my agent did not communicate with me at all once I signed when I had questions. Customer service was rude as well. Saved a couple dollars but the headache of dealing with the incompetence was not worth it at all. They dropped my homeowners insurance due to a claim I tried to file, the inspector came out and told me all was well, then they dropped my insurance for not fixing a roof gable without much notice. Save yourself and the trouble and go with a different company That will take care of you.

Travelers mortgage insurance will drop you if they think you need a new roof even when it’s half its life and will try to force you to get a new roof or the will not renew your insurance and won’t provide any proof.

Very bad company uses third party inspectors that lie on reports to justify canceling policies without giving the customer a chance to explain or deny false reports. Would not recommend to anyone

My neighbors water heater pipe broke. Causing damage to my floor and walls. He contacted travelers to pay for my damage. They declined saying "couldn't know that pipe would break."

You won't realize how bad Travelers insurance is until you have to make a claim and then it's too late. After paying your premiums for years you'll discover what a fraud they are.
