If I could give this garbage insurance company a -1000000 I would. The worst company. Please people save your money. They charge me double on my bill for 6 months. And now they won’t give the money back. And I cancelled back on 9-22-25 . And still no refund yet. Garbage company.

Had a bad rain storm, roof leaked. Filed claim. Said no on claim.... ok within a week got a letter sailing replace your roof or will drop you... I have all the documentation to show it. Stay away from this company, it wouldn't let me do zero stars

Non perfectionism, not willing to help in the pandemic time, all she was concern about was money. She also stated they don't need people like me & they have been very generous to me. Explain how. No moving violations, no accidents, no claims for I've 4yrs & travelers pays her salary... now that was the last straw that made me say. I see why they hired you & gave you the non important role of management when your just an employee or foot soldier. When you said travelers pays your salary. I knew it was time to cut ties with this insurance firm. I didn't want to reply but I did. I asked her. If travelers didn't get another penny from non of their customers who's going to pay your salary.Will it be the name, the sign travelers, your boss or the person whom owns this company. I would give the zero stars if I could they still haven't paid out in full for a storm claim from 2 years ago. now they won't even return my calls. DO YOURSELF A FOVOR AND NECER EVER GET TRAVELERS FOR YOUR INSURANCE. ALLSTATE IS VERY GOOD. EVEN GEICO IS BETTER

If I could give these folks 0 stars I would have they are scammers, I had an issue with my pipes bursting because of weather issues in Chicago. I put a claim for water damage due to bad weather, they found every reason to deny my claim. I’m so pissed I would never recommend Travelers insurance to anyone; I also cancel my policy.👎🏽👎🏽
