I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Hyder at this car insurance agency, and it was a complete disaster. From the start, Hyder was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. He seemed more interested in rushing through the process than actually providing any meaningful assistance. When I had questions about my policy, he gave vague and confusing answers, leaving me more frustrated than before. To make matters worse, the rates he offered were outrageously high compared to other agencies. They kept taking my details and saying they would call me in 30 minutes but never did. I had to call them to check, and it took an entire day just to get a quote. Now they say I should call them tomorrow. Whenever I call, it's always a different person. Hyder was also rude to me. Very bad service. I
