I call for services this morning.. she told me to text her my license and policy information and I did that now it’s 4:00p.m and I haven’t received a phone call so I decided to call her on the cell number that she gave…me come to fine out she gave me a non working number. That’s a shame that Express Insurance Services has someone like that working for there company that’s six months of payments and just because she didn’t want to do her job she lost a customer. Bad Customer Service!
