I met Dawn Elliott today and she was such a joy to talk with. I was nervous about changing policies but she made me feel very comfortable that I understood the coverage and had everything I needed. Will be moving my other insurance needs to her including my son.

I would highly recommend using State Farm. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It can get really confusing these days with insurance. The staff is extensively trained and can help with any questions or concerns. When I spoke with Dawn about options for me, which there were many, she was so patient and broke everything down to me in terms I could understand. It's refreshing to work with people who are down to earth and so passionate about the job they are doing.
