Extremely rude company. We have a flex spending account with them and I think they get their employees at Walmart. They are so mean. Their is a lady that has been there for 400 years and she is soooooo mean. We do not need the tax benefit that bad. We will not be doing business with them again. So if your company has benefits through this organization, do not get any benefits with them that you do not HAVE to get. I would even consider getting benefits elsewhere

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy Tripodi and Rob Holt to continue my health insurance through COBRA during this COVID pandemic. They are both very professional and timely in their responses and information. Mrs. Tripodi was there for me during the process of getting insurance and the govt subsidy which was very stressful for me to deal with. When the subsidy ran out, she directed me to Mr. Holt who immediately found a great plan for me at little to no cost, which seems like its even better than my previous plan. I can't thank them enough for their helpfulness and kindness during this stressful time for me. I lost my job due to ongoing health complications from COVID and not knowing if I could afford or continuing my insurance was a gigantic source of stress and depression for me,
