Town and Country Insurance

Called and made an appointment for a home and auto quote with Dan on December 30, and I showed up on time with all my current declarations. He was real friendly and we had a good conversation. He kept all the declarations and said he'd have some quotes ready in a few days. A week went by and I never heard from him. I then emailed him on January 7 asking for an update and still never a response. Seems like I dodged a bullet as if they can't even get back to me with quotes and apparently don't want my business, makes me quesiton the possible service I'd get if I was a paying customer.

I have been with Town and Country Insurance for over 10 years. They are easily available to answer any questions you might have. When a policy change is needed, you can count on them to handle it in a timely manner.

My agent is Debbie. She has been managing my accounts for several years. I have been most happy with the service she has been providing me in represent your company. She has always been expedient in processing all actions relating to my accounts. In addition, and just as important, Debbie has always been congenial and obliging throughout all of our contact and communication. I am extremely grateful that she is my agent.
