Do not recommend. We have been a loyal customer for 15 years. The last 2 years have been horrible. They no longer care about customers. Scott can’t even return my phones, emails or text messages. We are in the process of finding a new agent

Just a great company. Miss Carla in the office goes above and beyond her job. There was an accident this week in my car and she done all she could to help us figure everything out paper work wise to turn in and she is very friendly and respectful. Made me feel so much better about the situation. Thank you Miss Carla.

Not happy with my current insurance company and haven't been for over a year now. I think Scott has when to bigger business and has NO time for simple car insurance anymore. I don't know what has happened but I'm not happy after being with him since he started his first office. Nor have I seen any one person last working for him in the past 2 year's. I truly don't think he wants me as a customer anymore..... And that my friend is SAD!!!!!

First of all when we pulled into the drive-through we were told to hold on just a minute well I'm about 10 to 12 minutes went by and I spoke up and I said is anyone there and the lady said can you hold a minute we're in the middle of shift change. Well when we finally did get to the area to pick up some food you're not very nice at all smug actually no top of that I think that she was a manager she never smiled she just throw the food out the window and that was it stop my score is very very bad for this restaurant

The staff at Tower Community Insurance are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend.
