Honestly the woman I felt with was quite scattered. I was setting up a new policy and she would answer the phone and have complete conversations with them and just expected me to sit and wait. She gave me inaccurate information more than once where I had to call the progressive 1-800 line to correct her. She set up the policy but not the way I wanted it so I had to call progressive and get it switched. It was over an hour talking to her and she couldn't get it right. She was rude and the office smelled of someone's burnt lunch. The set up was not at all handicap accessible. Numerous areas with steps. I couldn't figure out where to park. It was just a really bad set up. From now on I will do my business over the phone with the 1-800 people.
