Tonya Lowe - State Farm Insurance Agent

I want to give a big shout out to Lowe' State farm insurance agency. So I have had my car insurance with this company for years. I even have my own agent that I can just call or text and I'm not talking to somebody behind the 1-800 number. They've always looked out for me and let me know when I can save money... Call them now.

About 15 years ago i went to Tonya Lowe State Farm insurance agency. I met Anthony, he was extremely helpful and professional. He have been a great help over the years with my insurance needs. I will highly recommend Tonya Lowe agency.

Would recommend any other State Farm agent in the area. Very slow response times (if at all), and could not help me fix a very easy billing issue. Had to resort to customer service to fix this office's mistakes. In fact, the same issue occurred with my new agent at State Farm who promptly fixed the billing issue within 10 minutes of my first call. State Farm overall is excellent, but this office is not. Edit- I am not a fake reviewer. I had service with this office until December 20th, 2024. I switched to Janine Tillman, who is excellent!

I moved from another state with State Farm and called Tonya Lowe's location purely as a first touch-point. That was 10 years ago. I have moved counties multiple times and had vehicle and life changes - Anthony in particular has been there for my every concern. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and always leaves me with a smile. The level of service at this office cannot be understated.

Anthony Lowe is extremely helpful, patient and professional. He makes you feel like a long time friend, not just a client. I highly recommend this insurance agency!
