If it were possible, I would give a negative 5 star rating. Tony's employees at his St. Helena office do not know the rules of their own insurance company regarding insuring a teenage driver with a learner's permit. You do not have to have extra insurance to cover a teenage driver with a learner's permit. The driver is covered under your current insurance and does not need to be added until he/she has a driver's license. Unfortunately, Tammy did not communicate this information with my husband when he called to ask what was required for insurance when a teenager has a learner's permit. We expected our insura
