The people at this branch are always friendly and willing to help me with any problem I may have at the drop of a hat. They are knowledgeable and will research situations to find me the best policies fit for my needs. There is rarely a wait time to speak to someone and when they need to call you back it's done in a fast sufficient time. I have really enjoyed the experience I have had with the Tommy Waggoner -State Farm Insurance Co.

I would like to give a shout out to Misty at State Farm in Marshall for her follow up and assistance to getting a car removed from my policy that was sold almost 3 months ago. Not sure why they can add a car in minutes, but it takes months to remove? Although the car is still on my policy and my issue is not resolved, she has been fantastic with customer service, follow up, keeping me in the loop. Thank you Misty! State Farm, you can do better!

I have never had insurance with another company or another branch, because of the wonderful service I have received for nearly 20 years now from this office. Every time I need assistance, I make sure to talk to Phyllis and the care and concern she shows makes me feel just like family. I cannot recommend them enough!
