Tommy Jordan - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had State Farm Life insurance for a over a year with them.They ladies in the office a very nice and are always polite. I never had any type of issues until On 5/21/20 I called because I had some concerns about my bill. While speaking with the agent Tommy Jordan to get a better understanding about my bill. He was very rude, unprofessional, and wasn’t trying to hear what I was saying. I asked could I speak to someone else who had time to assist me. His reply was I’m the top dog no you can not speak to anyone else. There were other rude remarks made as well. I refuse to give my hard earned money to any business that gives me that type of customer service. Others may not have experience what I had have experienced. But it’s unacceptable to me. Been with company most of my adult life. Mr. Tommy Jordan goes above and beyond being just an agent. He is always willing to try to help with a problem or a question. He looks out for his policy holders. As I said he is more than an agent he is a friend..
