Best Agent I’ve ever experienced! She explains my policy completely… gives me advice on my policy and reviews so I know what is best to coverage and I make changes with her advise… she is extremely knowledgeable which gives me my self confidence in my decision for my policy! She provides the information so I understand what is best for me as a client! With a personality that keeps me with State Farm… if on the line with another I won’t work with anyone else, I will wait for her return call. I recommend others to State Farm but tell them only to use Liz! She cares about her clients and always puts a smile on my face and confidence with State Farm! She is a true joy to work with… thank you Liz!

I had contacted several insurance companies during the past week. Some never called me back. Others waited until I was about an hour into the process before they informed me that they could not insure a commercial vehicle. Liz at State Farm was great. She walked me through the process, and got it done. She was the best! That would have been good enough, but on top of that, my rates at State Farm are half of what I was paying at my former insurance company, and I never received this kind of service from them.

I've been a customer with State Farm under Tom McInally for over 10 years. My auto policy is here and I recently added home insurance. Bundling these policies together provided better pricing and Liz helped explain the policies when we walked through competitive quotes together. I rarely post reviews of my interactions with various companies, but felt compelled to do so in this case. After a thorough analysis, I am fortunate to have decided to utilize State Farm for all of my insurance needs, including home, auto, earthquake, umbrella and life. Not only are their prices the best, but the customer service at State Farm has always been very prompt and responsive. As far as Tom McInally's office in Lakewood, CA I can't say enough about the staff. I typically interact with one of them on the phone, but have also visited on a few occasions. Audrey, Liz, Rosie, Natasha, Keiko and Lisa always provide exemplary customer service and are pleasant and professional. I wish that I dealt with more businesses like this on a daily basis!!
