We’ve been State Farm customers for over 20 years now, maybe even longer, and have had nothing but great experiences! We even had a large claim when a tree hit our house and they made it so incredibly easy to process the claim and obtain payment to get it fixed ASAP. Wendy in particular is fantastic - so lovely to work with and very responsive! They may be considered a little more expensive than others but I firmly believe you get what you pay for and they came through for us when we needed them the most.

The communication and the handling of every policy I have with State Farm, and this agency specifically, is outstanding. Jamie (and others) regularly call me with changes to my policies, with information that I can understand. I literally do not have to call and question anything, it is being handled here and to my benefit, with my best interest in mind. I am not exaggerating when I say, my (family) coverage for auto, home and life, is not something I have to think about - it is in good hands.

I had some questions regarding s minor fender bender I was in, and Jamie Skidmore took care of me very well, like she always does. She was very thorough, clear, and helpful. Jamie has been my agent for over a decade, and she's always taken great care of me. She is a great agent and a very good, kind, and funny person. I stay with State Farm largely because of Jamie.
