I would rate this agency as 5 star without hesitation. Met with Jennifer for first time today to switch Agencies and insurance. She was most professional and explained policy requirements and options fully and in clear language. Ended with auto and house policies that were better than previous and saved money 8n long run. Would highly recommend her to anyone who needed info or changes.

Was looking into a new agent at State Farm and of course ran to the Google Reviews, and the 5.0 that Tom Lane has is so well deserved! The moment you walk into the office Kimberly is there with a smiling face and makes sure you are greeted and taken care of! I was able to meet the office manager, Katie, and Tom himself! I truly felt valued from the second I walked in and everyone was so incredibly nice! Looking forward to working with them on all of my insurance needs!
