I had expected to have to make an appointment, take time off work, and complete and sign pages of documents that I barely understood. I could not have been more wrong. A brief phone call sufficed to provide the essential information needed and, moment after I had hung up, the completed documents appeared in my inbox. All I had to do was sign, scan, and return the documents as attachments. Did I mention that the temporary insurance card also appeared immediately in my inbox?
