Tom Hilbert - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a State Farm customer for over 30 years. I have shopped around at times, but Tom is the reason we stick with State Farm for our home and auto insurance. He is quick to respond when we have had claims and he always works to get us the best coverage for our changing needs as we get older.

Hilbert Insurance covers all of my insurance needs from automobile, life, home, and business. Tom and Dari provide excellent customer service! They are always there to answer all of my questions. In a recent accident they were quick to respond and made the experience easy to get our vehicle back on the road.

We had just moved to the area and had been with Allstate for 20 years prior when we decided to switch to Tom. We went out of town for a few days when our neighbors called that we forgot to close our house windows and the temperature had dropped to -9. I called Tom because I didn’t know anyone else really and not only did he close our windows but he put heaters in the crawl spaces , turned on our heat and monitored our house. We came home to a toasty home instead of a frozen lake all because Tom Hilbert CARES about people. We will be State Farm clients from now on ......Thank You Tom
