This company failed twice to return my calls for a quote. When I finally reached someone, I got the strong impression that this is one of the most unmotivated insurance agencies I’ve dealt with. Several red flags suggest they wouldn’t be responsive when you actually need them. After multiple phone calls & emails I’m still waiting on that quote. No thank you.

They only look at the companies that has the HIGHEST premiums. I left them and saved $16k on my commercial auto insurance. 18k on my general liability insurance as well (ALL HAVE THE SAME OR BETTER COVERAGES!!!!!!!) The magically seem to find cheaper carriers after you leave them.

The market in Florida is pure chaos, and I've gotten very clear, concise, transparent and timely responses from my reps at Tom Collins. I ask a lot of questions, and they never make me feel like I'm wasting their time, even though I know they have a long line of customer requests. David approaches things from a true risk management perspective; he's inherently sharp, well educated in the market, and he must be a good leader because I get great service from his entire team. Go ahead and get multiple quotes for your needs, but make sure Tom Collins is one of them.
