Terrible. Almost a year after a small incident, this company claims to have sent a check to our address that was meant for the auto body shop, and is saying we cashed it - in which we did not (they have not provided “proof”, they won’t even answer calls or return voicemails). We had to pay that money to the shop in order to avoid issues with them. Our bank shows no record of any cashed check. We’ve never even see such a check in the mail. Christoper who is over this claim has been horrible and non responsive to our calls, as the rest of the company. This is completely fraudulent.
