Todd Randall - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Jasmine at the Todd Randall office for State Farm insurance. She was knowledgeable, patient , answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into buying home insurance for my new co op from her. I felt like I was in good hands. I felt so comfortable that I started to ask her questions about car insurance and realized I was paying over $1000,00 more a year for the same coverage from Liberty Mutual. The salesperson at libery mutual was rude, condescending and I felt like I was annoying her when I was asking her questions about my existing car insurance policy that I had there for years. Jasmine is the type of salesperson that any company would be proud to represent them. Good job Stare Farm.

It was such a hectic day today, buying a car for my son, and getting insurance. But Laura made the whole process so easy and problem free. It was wonderful talking to her on the phone - she was so kind, sincere, personable, and seemed to actually care She even sent me a text message wishing my son good luck on his driving test ❤️. It was an all-around wonderful experience with Todd and his agency, and especially Laura. I highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs. This may sound like a Ad but trust me it’s not. You will not get a better experience anywhere else than Todd Randall and his team. I have worked with Jasmine for several weeks about my policy and I couldn’t be happier. She was professional, kind, and made sure every question I had was explained thoroughly. I’ve searched for and spoken to quite a few insurance agencies for a quote on my Harley and was just getting bizarre and unreasonable numbers, I googled State Farm and randomly chose this agency because it’s local; And I am thankful that I did.
