Todd J. Zoren: Allstate Insurance

I picked Allstate as my car insurance and homeowners insurance provider over five years ago when it was run by a different person. But with the new management, there has been lack of service and consequently have now changed policies and the customer service to help with this matter was very unprofessional, especially with regard to a refund of my policy. I didn’t get much attention or concern until I was actually dropping my policy and then it was asked what they could do to keep me to stay

As an Allstate customer and prior Allstate Agent, I have never seen such a lack of regard, disrespect and misinformation. I called into this office twice to have a car added and another car removed. Simple process...however, both times it was never done. When I called in the 3rd time, I was berated and told, "I'm trying to do too much" ...meanwhile, I'm driving around in an uninsured car. Then I was lied to and told that they could not back date my insurance to the day of my initial call...I definitely don't feel like I'm in Good Hands so I'll be removing all of my policies from the hands of Todd and his staff!

We have been in business for over 22 years and work closely with several local insurance agents that are professional, courteous and will work hard on your behalf. Mr. Todd Zoren is not one of those agents. Not only did he prevent our mutual customer from picking up his new vehicle today by refusing to send proof of coverage because he "won't be bothered with this," but he was also offensively rude and condescending! It was the most unprofessional encounter we've ever experienced.

This is the worst and most unprofessional insurance office I’ve ever dealt with in my life, they give Allstate a very bad name, I’ll stop right there.
