Todd Croker: Allstate Insurance

Susan is wonderful and very helpful. I have had a great experience with Allstate. I have changed insurance companies due to better pricing but will change back quickly if the other insurance company hikes their rates after the 6 month period.

I called had a couple of questions about my policy and the lady was RUDE! I would not recommend this Allstate Insurance Company to anyone. Due to the agents they have working. She asked me who wrote the policy aren’t you looking at the system you tell me lady.

Wow, too many things to say. I’ve been with them since 1985, or maybe earlier. I’ve had and still have numerous cars, my teens had numerous claims. I had a roof replaced and a burglary. My rates stayed consistent and there has never been a negative response about any of my claims. All claims were settled quickly and according to my policy and I was always treated with the utmost respect. I’m obviously not looking around for better rates.
