They severely mistreated my mother. Very unprofessional. They have overcharged her for years, and now they want to harass her about having multiple vehicles and raise her rates without any notice. I would not do business with them.

They were courtuous and helpful, unfortunately they couldnt get me the best rate this time, i will definitely check with them next time I am insurance shopping.
