I had been with State Farm for 19 years and will never go back due to all the rate hikes and other issues with this agent/office. Not to mention all the extra fees when you get reimbursed. It is outrageous!!
I had been with geico for 20 years. Didn’t have much of a reason to switch insurance carriers until we had a car accident and had to switch due to increased premiums. We looked around a lot and had an agent help us find someone. They recommended TJ Olsen and I’m so glad they did! Everything is so easy about insurance through State Farm. I love that when I need to call the office to talk about my policy or change it, they answer my phone calls, no waits ever, my information pops up, and every call is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
