My insurance agents are simply the best - Tina and Candace are always at hand to provide support and answer questions regarding my policy or updates. I definitely enjoy the efficiency they demonstrate in their customer service and appreciate their cordiality! Sidenote: after relocating to another state and changing my insurance, it seems all amicable terms ended and my balance was immediately reported to the collection agency EVEN THOUGH I had called previously to end the policy and nobody mentioned I had a balance to pay or follow-up. I've paid the balance, of course, but better communication could've helped a former customer from having any negative impact on their credit score.

Tina is literally the best agent I've ever known and have had. She gets back to you quick, she's polite and respectful, helpful, and explains everything when I don't understand and if i need something dumbed down, she tells me in a way i understand! Lol. She's awesome! Highly recommend 👌
