Tina King Clay - State Farm Insurance Agent

Just called to ask for assistance in changing autodraft accounts for a honeowners policy. I thought I would be sent a form to complete and mail in. But no, in a matter of minutes, Tina had it taken care of it over the phone. Yay!

would not recommend. literally been trying to figure out why road side assistance was taken off my insurance and if i could add it back or any other possible solution since 7/27/23 it’s now 9/16/23 almost 2 months later and i have yet to get any update. i have called and left multiple emails. what’s the point of having an agent if they can’t even respond to you when you need help?? Update: it’s 10/16/23 and still no help and callback or response to any email. but just got my insurance bill and it’s $200 higher

I've had the privilege of working with Tina the past couple of days and am so happy with my experience! She's knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient. Also, I've been a tougher customer. (Shame on me) Would definitely recommend to anyone!
