Moving from Michigan to Indiana, everyone says your insurance will be cheaper.....Ha! Not with the first company I called. We had multiple vehicles/ trailers/rvs that all needed insured. Yet this first company quoted me very high rates, told me they'd get us fully insured then called back after 4 days to list items they wouldn't insure at all & the items they were insuring were absolutely outrageous! Double what we paid in Michigan....one of the Highest Auto insurance rates in the USA. I called Allstate & spoke with Alonso. I truly expected much of the same issues. However he was up to the tedious task of figuring out our complex insurance needs. As our rates with another company went up, we started to get quotes. Clint at Tim Doud Allstate assisted in the quotes and made the process as easy as possible. Allstate was able to get us the same coverage we'd had previously but for much less, even with two youthful drivers in the family. Finally took the time to do some comparison insurance shopping (home, auto, boats and umbrella). Worked with Clint Baals w/ the Tim Dowd Allstate group near Goshen. Clint was easy to work with, handled my request quickly and efficiently and his rates demolished the competition. I was coming from State Farm and shared the rates with my current broker and they admitted they couldn’t get close. Looking forward to working with these folks!
