Tim and his team are always a phone call away from assistance. Dealing with people who care about their clients goes a long way and I have had nothing but positive experiences in my twenty years with Tim as my agent. Tim and his team have helped a lot assisting and assessing our insurance needs and Tim has personally gone out of his way to assist with the claim filing process. New review, I'm very disappointed in Tim's staff, she was very rude. She made a mistake and left me holding the bag. I wonder if Tim knows how she talks to customers. I had Tim as an agent many years ago, and had gone elsewhere through the years, but last year decided to check rates with him again, he and his team helped me get all set up and at rates much better than what I was paying. Just recently had an accident with a new vehicle that I hadn't even gotten insured yet, and even though I didn't have collision on my current policy, and Tim couldn't help with going after the other insurance company he helped advise me, on ALL aspects of how to proceed with getting this issue taken care. Which is still in the works, and Tim is still helping me see it through.

We have been with the Tim Walstrom agency for many, many years. Unfortunately, we have had to make house claims when storms have passed through. When we ran into problems with the State Farm claims office, Tim was our advocate to get our needs met and our house repaired! Tim's office also lets us know when we can save money on different policies! Tim and his staff are always available, always cordial, and always support their clients!
