After speaking with Sheri, and Tim, I was very impressed by their professionalism, and knowledge about the insurance industry. It was very evident that Tim likes to be involved, which is great considering a lot of agents prefer to be hands-off as much as possible. You always want to have a level of comfort whenever you're speaking with any agent, which was exactly how I felt when I was speaking with Tim. I felt like I had been a client/friend of his for years, and Tim and Sheri both made me feel very welcomed.
