Tim Thomas - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was compare shopping to change my home/auto insurance & my daughter referred me to her agent( Tim). Tim was not in when I visited his office, but was assisted by one of his agent by the name of Presslie. I was satisfied with the quotes provided and she was able to answer my questions as in explaining everything in the quote.

This State Farm Agency is the best, they treat you like family. The customer service is great. If you are having issues, they will sort things out until you're satisfied. This office is congenial and it's a reflection of the owner, Mr. Thomas. He has a great staff here. I've been with SF since I was 16 and I'm now 59. This is the best agency, for all your insurance needs. Great customer service is priceless and a lot of businesses could learn about it through this agency.
