I'm confident that we are getting the best policy possible and have no doubt that we have great agents looking out for us. Every person I've talked with has been courteous and helpful. Sometimes it took a while to sort out my particular question, but they were always patient and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with our policies and what our options were. We switched auto and home insurance from another company earlier this year and saved quite a bit on the same level of coverage. Tim Reed's office even reaches out regularly with suggestions to get additional discounts! The app and website are convenient, but the biggest plus for me is that the people in the office have all been great to work with. They have definitely earned five stars.
